Midtown Multi Purpose
Space by Rowena
& Takashi
Rowena & Takashi, Inc. is launching
midtown Sacramento retail & salon space in early 2010. The new
facility features an Elixir Bar, retail/shopping, Davines Multi Space
Salon and Studio 99. The Elixir bar serves Elixir tonics; an
alternative high-vibration beverage and light snacks. The retail space features
Davines,
I NUOVI and other exclusive products
including, professional salon tools, accessories, apparel, self-help books
and international music. The salon provides individualized services
by departmentalized specialists. When we
established our first location in the El Dorado Hills business park, we committed to
assimilate and contribute to local culture. After 10 years in
business, we are moving forward to provide our celebrated services and
enjoyable employment opportunity in a well-designed environment.

introduction of I NUOVI Professional,
a new makeup line from Asia.
10/20/2007 Desirable building on market. The plan resurrected
for revision. 920 20th Street. building features two story,
rehabbed brick, 12,500 SF, next to public parking. Due to the large
floor space, we are expanding our shopping space including cosmetics,
apparels and tea & tonics.
03/24/2008 Revisit to 920 20th Street. Initial meeting with
Umpqua Bank and investor.
